Chris Brown Gets Battery Charges Dropped

Chris Brown will not be charged for allegedly punching a photgrapher in 2017. The class has been dropped as no evidence was found to push the case forward.

The singer previously pleaded not guilty to felony battery after being detained by police. Now after series of investigations, The State Attorney’s Office told TMZ: “After a thorough review of the facts and information from the alleged victim, our office determined there was insufficient evidence to prosecute.”

And an insider claimed to the website that the problem was the photographer “lacked credibility”.

Chris Brown who had been to booked to appear at the club was prey to the unnamed papparazi who was taking pictures of him and his team. According to the venue’s management, he and his team were unhappy despite them asking him not to and refusing to pose for any pictures.

The photographer continued his work while Chris was in went up to the DJ booth, the singer was then accused of lashing out and punching him in the mouth, causing lacerations to his face.

Chris has been infamously convicted for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, for which he was sentenced to five years of probation, one year of domestic violence counselling, and six months of community service. His Peobation was lifted in 2015.

He has been a focus of some scandals as he is a focus of an ongoing rape accusation in France. Till date, no charges have been pressed yet.
